Adding a note to the bottom of your invoice enables you to communicate essential information to your customers. This could include payment preferences, business information, or a thank you message. Notes can help clarify payment terms or other instructions.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Invoicing > Invoice Note > View

➡️ Note at the bottom of invoice

  1. Enter Your Note

    • Type the message you'd like to appear at the bottom of your invoices. Common examples include payment instructions, terms, or a general thank you to the customer.

  2. Click Save to confirm.
