When a customer has no credit terms and is required to pay upon completion of the work, you can set a message informing them of this policy. This setting allows you to customize the default message to align with your workflow and communication style.

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Invoicing > Payment on Completion Message > View
Set Up Payment on Completion Message
➡️ Payment on Completion Message
Fill in the message in the provided text box for each method.
Use taggingto personalize the message with job-specific details such as customer name, job location, and scheduled times.
Click Save.
