Customizing invoice item categories allows for better organization and specification of materials and parts within invoices. This setting makes it easier to categorize and label items, ensuring clarity and detail in your invoicing system.
View Setting
➡️ Naviage to your Profile Icon > Settings > Invoice Line Item Categories > View
Adding Invoice Line item categories
➡️ Add New Invoice Item Category
Enter the Category Name
Click the Add invoice item category button
Click Save
Use to rearrange the categories.
Managing Invoice line item categories
Edit
➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Click Save
Delete
➡️ Click Delete > Type "delete" > Delete
