The Bank details setting in Commusoft enables you to display your bank details and a custom message at the bottom of your invoices. This feature can guide your customers on how to make payments and highlight your preferred payment method.


View Setting

➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon > Settings > Invoices > Bank details


Bank Details on Invoices

  1. Enter Customer Message: Type the message you want your customers to see regarding payment preferences.

  2. Bank Account Details:

    • Enter the Name on the Bank Account.

    • Enter the Bank Account Number.

    • Enter the Bank Sort Code.

  3. Click Save to confirm.
