Setting up Public Holiday Templates allows you to designate holidays in advance and assign them to specific users. This feature is useful for managing scheduling around holidays and ensuring accurate time-off records for employees.
View Setting
➡️ Navigate to your Profile Icon > Settings > Schedule and dispatch > Public Holiday Templates > View
Set up a new Holiday groups
➡️ Add public holiday name
Enter the name of the holiday
Select the year from the drop-down
Click Add public holiday name
Click Configure
Set specific dates.
Click Add Public holiday Date
You can not edit holiday groups once saved. You need to delete and readd them to make changes.
You can set holidays up to 5 years in advance to streamline future scheduling.
Assign a Holiday group to a User
➡️ Navigate to your Profile Icon > Settings > Users > Users.
Locate the relevant user in the list
Click View
Scroll down and Click Edit business details.
Locate Public holiday groups
Choose the require holiday group
Click Save
