The Work address job access template setting allows for automated communication to customers when booking an estimate. This setup ensures consistent and efficient messaging, saving administrative time and helping maintain strong relationships between your customer, company, and engineer.
View Setting
➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon> Settings > Schedule and dispatch > Work address job access template
Setting Up Notification Messages

Select the preferred notification method from the options on the left.
Add a subject line
Fill in the message in the provided text box for each method.
Use taggingto personalize the message with job-specific details such as customer name, job location, and scheduled times.
Click Save
Set Up No answer customer messages
There is a specific module for cases where the customer does not respond. This module functions similarly to the main communication setup but can be scheduled to resend messages automatically based on your chosen timeframe. This ensures consistent follow-up, minimizing missed communications.

Enter Message name
This message should be sent N days After receiving the first work address access message
Enter the number of days from 1-31 to set the auto trigger.
Select the preferred notification method from the options on the left.
Add a subject line
Fill in the message in the provided text box for each method.
Use taggingto personalize the message with job-specific details such as customer name, job location, and scheduled times.
