This setting enables you to send reminder notifications to work addresses before an estimate event, ensuring the customer or work address contact is on-site and prepared. You can choose to send reminders manually or set up automatic reminders for specific times before the event. Tagging enhances these communications with personalized information, improving scheduling efficiency and customer preparedness.
Setting Up the Estimate Address Reminder Template
➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon > Settings > Schedule and despatch > Estimate address reminder template > View
Choose Notification Methods:
Email: Create a comprehensive email reminder, incorporating specific job details with tags.
SMS: Set up an SMS reminder, keeping messages concise due to the 160-character limit. SMS that exceed this limit will use additional SMS credits.
Both email and SMS reminders can be configured to ensure broad communication coverage.
Define Reminder Timing:
You can set the reminder to automatically send at one of the following times:
24 hours before the estimate
48 hours before the estimate
The night before the event
The morning of the event
These options help you automate communications, ensuring reminders reach the contact at optimal times without manual intervention.
Use Tagging for Personalization:
Apply Tags: Use tags to add specific details, such as the work address, estimate date, and other essential information, to customize the reminder.
