This setting allows you to notify a work address that an estimate has been scheduled via email, SMS, or letter. Customizable templates, enhanced with tagging, provide detailed, automated notifications that reduce admin time and improve communication consistency.
Setting Up the Work Address Estimate Confirmation Template
➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon > Settings > Schedule and despatch > Work address estimate confirmation template
Select Notification Methods:
Email: Configure an email template with subject and body text. Use tags to auto-fill specific details about the estimate.
SMS: Draft a concise SMS message. Keep it brief, especially when including tags, to stay within the 160-character limit and avoid extra SMS credits.
Letter: Set up a letter template. The letter will appear as an attachment in the email and can be printed for mailing, if necessary.
Use Tagging for Enhanced Detail:
Apply Tags: Add tags to populate customer-specific data, such as address, estimate date, and other key details.

Text Formatting Options:
Customize font size, type, indentations, alignments, bullets, and numbering to create professional, clear communication.
Save Templates: Once each notification is set up, click Save.
We recommend setting up all three notification types (Email, SMS, and Letter) to ensure the work address receives timely estimate information.
