The estimate confirmation notification provides customers with updates on their scheduled estimates via email, SMS, or letter. This communication tool aims to keep customers informed, streamline workflow, and reduce the need for back-and-forth follow-ups. Using tags enhances message personalization and automation.
Setting Up the Customer Estimate Confirmation Template
➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon > Settings > Schedule and despatch > Customer estimate confirmation template > View
Choose Notification Methods:
Email: Set up an email template, including subject and body text. Use tagging to automatically populate customer-specific details.
SMS: Set up a concise SMS message. Tags can be added for key details like date, time, and location.
Letter: Customize a letter format. This will generate a physical or digital letter with full estimate details.
Tip: Setting up all three options (Email, SMS, and Letter) is recommended to maximize the likelihood of customer awareness.
Use Tagging for Personalization:
Apply Tags: Customize each message with tags to auto-fill details, such as customer name, estimate date, and location.

Save Templates: Once each notification method is set up, click Save.
