Configure Picking List Options
Picking List OFF: Engineers access stock directly from the store/warehouse, taking what they need without coordinating with a stockroom manager.
Benefits: Streamlined, low-maintenance process.
Considerations: Stock management may become more challenging.
Picking List ON: Engineers receive a predefined list of parts to collect from the store/warehouse. Each list is associated with an engineer’s name and can be managed through the mobile app by scanning and collecting stock with a stockroom manager's assistance.
Benefits: More controlled stock management.
Considerations: Requires closer coordination and tracking.
While you can change this setting later, it is strongly recommended to choose one that best aligns with your business needs from the start to avoid unnecessary adjustments.
