Enhance Organisation with Subcategories

You can create subcategories within each main category to enhance inventory management and improve service efficiency. Below are some practical examples:

By Brand: Group parts by manufacturer to efficiently track inventory, warranty details, and service history.

  • Grant: Includes boilers, pumps, and accessories.

  • Worcester Bosch: Encompasses boilers, heat exchangers, thermostats.

  • Panasonic: Covers air conditioning units, fans, and heat pumps.

By Room: Organise parts by their application within specific property areas.

  • Kitchen: Parts for appliances (refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers) and fixtures (sinks, cabinets).

  • Bathroom: Plumbing fixtures (toilets, showers), hardware (towel racks), and electrical components (lighting).
