🔍 How to access the On hold reasons setting
➡️ Go to your Profile icon → Choose Settings → Locate Job Settings in the Categories menu → Click View next to On Hold Reasons.
Adding a New On Hold Reason
This section guides you through creating a new reason for putting a job on hold.
In the text box on the left, enter the description for your new on hold reason.
Click Add Description.
Managing On Hold Reasons
This section covers how to edit, delete, and reorder your on hold descriptions.
Editing a Reason
Locate the on hold description you wish to edit in the list.
In the Actions column, click Edit.
Amend the description in the text box.
Click Save.
Deleting a Reason
Locate the on hold description you wish to delete in the list.
In the Actions column, click Delete.
Type 'Delete' to confirm.
Click Delete.
