Configure a list of potential reasons why a job may be paused. This list appears as a dropdown menu when marking a job as "On hold," providing quick access to common reasons, like "Awaiting customer permission to access the site" or "Customer wishes to clean the location before the job takes place."
View Setting
➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Search "On hold descriptions" or navigate through Categories > On Hold Reasons > View
Adding a New On Hold Description
➡️ In the text box on the left, enter your description.
Click Add Description.
Managing On Hold Descriptions
Editing an On Hold Descriptions
➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Click Save
Deleting an On Hold Descriptions
➡️ Click Delete > Type "Delete" > Click Delete
Reorder On Hold Descriptions
➡️ Drag and drop descriptions on the right-hand side to reorder the list.
