Customizing the job report PDF helps highlight the most relevant information for your business and customers, making it concise and clear. You can enable or disable details such as SLA, job, and appointment information to reduce clutter.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Jobs > Job Report PDF Layout


Configuring PDF Sections

The layout allows you to select which details to include or exclude in the job report PDF across four sections:

  1. Job Information

  2. SLA Information

  3. Diary and Appointment Information

  4. Other Information

Each option within these sections requires a Yes/No selection to specify if it will appear in the PDF. Ensure none are left blank before saving.


Optional Display Settings

You can exclude events and engineer status times from the PDF by leaving the following fields blank:

  • Which events do you want to display

  • Which engineer status time do you want to display


Sending Job Report PDFs

The job report PDF can be sent to the customer in two ways:

  • Manually through the job screen.

  • Automatically upon job completion.
