Customising job report sections
This section outlines the various categories of information you can choose to show or hide on the job report PDF. For most options within these categories, you will select 'Yes' to show the information or 'No' to hide it.
Job information
This category allows you to select details related to the job and its associated appointment to include in the report.
Job date: This option controls how the job report will display the appointment date and time on the report.
Select 'Yes' to display only the appointment date (hiding the time).
Select 'No' to display the appointment day, date and time.
Job notes: Notes specifically added to the job record.
These notes are separate from appointment notes or engineer feedback.
Job assets: Customer-owned equipment or appliances at the property that the work was carried out on (e.g., HVAC unit, boiler, or other key installations)
Job completed date: The date the job was marked as completed.
For jobs that require multiple appointments or span several days, this date reflects the final date on which all work was finished and the overall job was closed out, not the completion date of any single visit.
How the job has been closed: The specific status the job was closed with (e.g., Aborted, Final Invoiced, or Free of Charge).
