This article guides you through customising the job report PDF layout to ensure it highlights the most relevant information for your business and customers, making reports concise and clear.

🔍 How to access the job report PDF layout setting

➡️ Go to your Profile icon → Choose Settings → Locate Jobs in the Categories menu → Click View next to Job report PDF layout


Customising job report sections

This section outlines the various categories of information you can choose to show or hide on the job report PDF. For most options within these categories, you will select 'Yes' to show the information or 'No' to hide it.

Job information

This category covers details related to the job itself:

  • Job date: The date the job was created.

  • Job notes

  • Job assets

  • Job completed date

  • How the job has been closed: The job has closed as Aborted, Final invoiced or Free of charged.

SLA information

This category allows you to configure whether Service Level Agreement (SLA) details appear:

  • Whether the SLA has been breached

  • The details of the SLA

Diary and appointment information

This category covers details related to the diary and appointments:

  • Engineer name

  • Engineer signature

  • Customer name

  • Customer signature

  • Engineer feedback

  • Signature message

Additionally, within this section, you can refine what specific events and engineer status times appear on the PDF using dropdown menus:

  • Which events to display: Select the specific appointment statuses to show like Accept, Abort, or Leave.

  • Which engineer status time to display: Select the statuses to display the time/date, such as Reject, Travel, or Cancel.

These fields can be left blank to hide all information and disable these options.

Other

This category allows you to include additional general information:

  • Attached files (images)

  • Installed parts

Ensure all selections across all sections are made before saving your changes.
