The after-sales care setting allows you to send a follow-up message to the job contact once the final invoice is raised or if the job is marked free of charge. Use this to thank the customer, direct them to a review site, or provide a discount for future jobs. Customizable questions also help ensure consistent follow-up processes.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings >Jobs > After Sales Care Email and SMS Template > Views

➡️ Set up after sales communication messages

  1. For each communication method, enter the message in the provided text box.

    • Use tagging to personalise the message with specific details and ensure the content is relevant.

  2. Click Save.
