Reporting categories classify and organize data systematically within a reporting system, making it easier to group opportunities under specific reporting lines.


View setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Opportunities > Reporting Categories > View


Adding a New Reporting Category

➡️ Click Add new reporting category

  1. Enter the Category Name.

  2. Click Save to store the reporting category.

Reporting categories can be applied when creating opportunities for a customer or work address.


Managing Reporting Categories

Edit a Reporting Category

➡️ Click Edit > Amend the reporting category > Click Save

Delete a Reporting Category

➡️ Click Delete > Type "Delete" > Click Delete
