Survey templates are pre-designed forms that simplify the collection of feedback from customers, employees, or clients. These templates include customizable questions and formats, helping you gather insights on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, market research, and more.
View setting
➡️ Profile icon > Settings > Opportunities > Survey Templates > View.
Adding Opportunity Survey Templates
➡️ Click Add Opportunity Survey Templates.
Enter the Description Name.
Click Save.
Configuring Survey Templates
➡️ Click Configure

Choose one of the options based on your needs.
No – The customer does not need to sign when the salesperson leaves the property.
Yes – The customer is required to sign when the salesperson leaves the property.
Click Save.
Questions
Add a New Page: Enter the "Page Type" and "Page Name".
Create Survey Questions: Use drag-and-drop to add the inputs and build out the template.
Additional Settings: Utilize "Options," "Defaults," or "Dependencies" to input related information.
Click Save.
Once setup is complete, you can create an opportunity for a customer using the customized survey template.
Managing Survey Templates
Editing a Survey Template
➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Click Save
Downloading a Survey Template
➡️ Click Download > Click to save a .zip file to your computer.
Cloning a Survey template
➡️ Click Clone > Type "clone" > Click Clone
Deleting a Survey Template
➡️ Click Delete > Type "delete" > Click Delete
Deleting an Arrive Workflow Template is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you have a backup before proceeding.
