Viewing Opportunity Cancel Reasons
➡️ Profile > Settings > Opportunities > Opportunity Cancel Reasons > View
Adding a New Opportunity Cancel Reason
➡️ Click Add New Opportunity Cancel Reason.
Enter the cancellation reason
Repeat this process to add all potential cancellation reasons.
Click Save to store the reason.
The cancellation reason is selected by the assignee and is applicable before sending a Proposal.
