Defining opportunity rejection reasons helps notify relevant parties when an opportunity is declined and provides clarity around the reason for rejection. This aids in maintaining accurate records, accountability, and understanding customer feedback.
View setting
➡️ Profile > Settings > Opportunities > Opportunity Reject Reasons > View
Adding a new Opportunity Reject Reason
➡️ Click Add New Opportunity Reject Reason.
Enter the rejection reason.
Repeat this process to include all potential rejection reasons.
Click Save to store the reason.
