Step 4: After Acceptance Tracking
This setting extends the pipeline to manage stages that occur after an opportunity is marked as won. This addition is designed to capture the crucial post-sale phases, ensuring that the process doesn’t stop at simply closing the deal. Instead, it allows for tracking various statuses such as pending finance approval, administrative checks, or project scheduling until the job officially begins. By incorporating these steps, the pipeline gives a more accurate and complete picture of each opportunity's progress, facilitating better forecasting and resource allocation.
Check the box(s) for available tracking options,
Display opportunities where Finance is pending Approval: Marks opportunities with finance options pending approval.
Display opportunities where the deposit hasn’t been paid: Highlights accepted opportunities where the deposit is yet unpaid.
Display jobs which haven’t been scheduled yet: Marks jobs awaiting scheduling after deposit payment.
Click Save to confirm your selections.
