Arrive workflow templates are structured forms with questions designed to gather essential feedback when an engineer arrives at a job. They include customizable questions and formats, making data collection more efficient and enabling insightful analysis. These templates are available in the "Arrive questions" section when creating an opportunity.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Opportunities > Arrive Workflow Templates > View


Adding an Arrive Workflow Template

➡️ Click Add Opportunity Arrive Workflow Template.

  1. Enter the Description Name.

  2. Click Save.


Configuring Arrive Workflow Template

➡️ Click Configure

Mobile experience

  1. Signature on arrival

    1. Choose one of the options based on your needs.

      1. No – The customer does not need to sign when the salesperson leaves the property.

      2. Yes – The customer is required to sign when the salesperson leaves the property.

    2. Click Save.

  2. Questions

    1. Create template questions: Use drag-and-drop to add the inputs and build out the template.

      1. Add New Page: Enter the "Page Type" and "Page Name"

      2. Additional Settings: Utilize "Options," "Defaults," or "Dependencies" to input related information.

    2. Click Save.

In step 2 questions above you need to build out your questions for the template below are some further details on the input types and options you have available.

Configuring Questions

  • Add New Section: Use sections to organize specific question groups. You can also set dependencies within sections (note: pages cannot have dependencies).

    Example: Create a “Customer Information” section with questions like “Is there an additional contact we should be aware of?”

Question Input Types

  • Input: Basic text input.

  • Number: Numeric input.

  • Text Area: Large text entry area.

  • Date: Date picker.

  • Time: Time entry.

  • Checkbox/Radio/Dropdown: Multiple choice options.

  • Signature: Signature capture.

  • Photo: Photo attachment (limit max photos).

  • Preset Inputs: e.g., Yes/No, Yes/No/N/A.

Configuring Additional Input Settings

  • Measurements: Specify units like cm, kg, °C.

  • Defaults: Set commonly selected answers as defaults.

  • Validations: Use regex for input validation (e.g., email, custom patterns).

  • Dependencies: Triggered questions based on prior answers (e.g., "Is there mold damage?" with dependent follow-up if “Yes” is selected).

  • Maximum Number of Photos: Only for photo inputs, with a max of 3.

To ensure smooth syncing, limit photo uploads to a maximum of 10 photos per template.

Downloading a Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Download > Click to save a .zip file to your computer.

Cloning an Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Clone > Type "clone" > Click Clone

Editing a Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Click Save

Deleting a Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Delete > Type "delete" > Click Delete
