Arrive workflow templates are structured forms with questions designed to gather essential feedback when an engineer arrives at an opportunity appointment. Once set up, these templates allow for streamlined data collection, ensuring accurate records, better customer insights, and improved workflow efficiency. Customizable questions and formats enable businesses to tailor the templates to their specific needs, making the process more effective and insightful.


View setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Opportunities > Arrive Workflow Templates > View


Adding an Arrive Workflow Template

➡️ Click Add opportunity arrive workflow template

  1. Enter the Description Name.

  2. Click Save to store the arrive workflow templates.


Configuring Arrive Workflow Template

Mobile experience

  1. Signature on arrival

    1. Choose one of the options based on your needs.

      1. No – The customer does not need to sign when the salesperson arrives the property.

      2. Yes – The customer is required to sign when the salesperson arrives the property.

    2. Click Save.

  2. Questions

    1. Create template questions: Use drag-and-drop to add the inputs and build out the template.

      1. Add New Page: Enter the "Page Type" and "Page Name"

      2. Additional Settings: Utilize "Options," "Defaults," or "Dependencies" to input related information.

    2. Click Save.


Managing Arrive Workflow Templates

Downloading a Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Download > Click to save a .zip file to your computer.

Cloning an Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Clone > Type "clone" > Click Clone

Editing a Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Click Save

Deleting a Arrive workflow template

➡️ Click Delete > Type "delete" > Click Delete

Deleting an Arrive Workflow Template is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you have a backup before proceeding.
