Compose the email template to send to an estimate to a customer. A PDF copy of the estimate will be attached to the email by default, and you can provide customers with a link to the estimate portal to view, accept and pay any deposit due.

The estimate portal
Include the portal tag in your estimate email template to provide access to your customers. If integrated with Stripe or GoCardless, customers can pay deposit invoices throug the portal.
Use Tagging: Click Use tagging and select
estimate_portal_url.Customise the tag: Change the link text by adding a colon : after the tag text, ensure there are no spaces before or after, eg.,
estimate_portal_url:online estimate portal.Save: The tag will generate a link to your online payment portal within the email, making it easy for customers to access and approve estimates and pay deposits.
