Adding an estimate reject reason reduces administrative work by allowing users to quickly select reasons when an estimate is rejected by a customer. This streamlines the rejection process and ensures consistency.
View Setting
➡️ Go to Profile Button > Settings > Estimates > Reject Reasons.
Add Estimate Reject Reason
Enter a reason in the appropriate line.
Click the purple Add Estimate Reject Reason button to save it.
Edit Estimate Reject Reasons
➡️ Go to Edit > Amend > Save.
Delete Estimate Reject Reasons
➡️ Go to Delete > Type "Delete" to confirm > Click Delete.
If you are unable to delete an entry, the system will provide a reason why.
