These modules allow for email, SMS, and letter communication with your clients. Tagging enables the expansion of information, improving documentation creation. When adding an estimate or job into the system for a work address, you will see a dropdown for Access Method. Selecting Communicate with Work Address will trigger the communication.
Tagging: We highly recommend using tagging throughout these modules to streamline communications, reducing overhead and minimizing the time spent on back-and-forth communication. To understand how tags work, and which tags perform specific functions, refer to the [Tagging Guide].
Text Formatting: You can format your text, including font sizing, font types, indentations, alignments, bullets, and numbering.

No Answer Messages
This tab allows you to set a message sent to the customer of a work address (e.g., landlord, real estate agent) when no answer is received from the work address. Messages will be sent in batches every few hours to avoid overwhelming the customer with large amounts of emails.
Note: If a diary event is added, the message will not be sent.
Time to Send: You can set the time to send messages between 1 and 21 days.
Available Formats: Only Email and SMS are available for this tab.
Advanced Options: Follow-up Messages
You can create a follow-up message or a group of messages to be sent to the work address if they have not yet booked an estimate after receiving the initial message.
Follow-up Schedule: You can set the follow-up time to any timeframe between 1 and 31 days.
Diary Events: If a diary event is added, follow-up messages will not be sent.
Maximum Follow-ups: You may create up to 31 follow-up messages in this setting.
