Depending on how you market your company, you may have a variety of advertising types. This setting allows you to add them to the “How did you hear about us” options that customers can select when asked. Within the system, you can manage different ways your customers heard or contacted you for work. This page allows you to add items to any dropdown related to advertising.
View Setting
➡️ Profile icon > Settings > Customers > Advertising Sources > View
Add an Advertising Source
To add a new advertising source,
Provide a name of the advertising source in the field 'Advertising type' placed under add a new type of advertising.
Click Add advertising type upon providing it.
Managing Advertising Sources
Upon adding the advertising sources, they will be displayed on the left side of the page, where they can be managed.
To edit the advertising sources,
➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Click Save advertising type
You can also merge advertising sources while editing. This will combine a specific advertising source with another one. To achieve this,
➡️ Click Edit > Choose Yes next to "Do you want to merge this advertising type" > select the advertising type > Click Merge > Confirm.
To delete the advertising sources,
➡️ Click Delete > Type delete > Click Delete
