Types of buildings allow you to configure the drop-down list for different building types you work in, such as flat, house, or semi-detached. Once saved, you can use these building types whenever completing jobs throughout Commusoft.
View Setting
➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Customers > Types of Buildings > View.
Adding a type of building
To add a new building type,
Enter the name of the building type in the field 'building type' placed under add a new building type.
Click Add building type upon entering it.
Managing the building types
Upon adding the building types, they will be displayed on the left side of the page, where they can be managed.
To edit the building types,
➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Click Save building type
To delete the building types,
➡️ Click Delete > Type delete > Click Delete
How to Assign Building Types to Customer Record
Once the technical building type has been created, update the field on the customer record where it applies.
➡️ Locate the customer record > Scroll to the other details section > Edit > Enter the building type from the dropdown menu > Click Save.
