The Supplier Returns Email Template allows you to create and customise email messages sent to suppliers when returning parts. This template helps streamline communication by automatically including key return details such as item names, quantities, and return reasons, ensuring suppliers receive clear and consistent information.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Suppliers > Supplier returns email template


Set Up Email Template

➡️ Supplier returns email message

  • Fill in the message in the provided text box for each method.

    • Use tagging to personalise the message with job-specific details such as customer name, job location, and scheduled times.

  • Click Save
