Parts reorder list
Updated over 3 months ago

Purpose: Optimise your inventory management with automatic triggers that raise and send purchase orders when specific stock levels are reached, ensuring seamless stock maintenance. Tailor these triggers for each stock location, accounting for stock across all locations to prevent unnecessary purchase orders.

PO’s for part reorder templates are raised from 2PM and will immediately send the PO to the supplier at this time and you will be notified when this takes place

  8. Nominal code -

  9. No of days to delivery - How long the delivery normally takes from the supplier and this will be the delivery date on the PO

  10. Stock locations - The locations of which this part reorder template applies to

Reorder quantity must be greater than or equal to the minimum stock level

You might want to set up separate part reorder list for each type of engineer. For example, if you have engineers who do installations and some who do servicing, you may want 2 separate part reorder templates for both types of parts

You may also want a separate parts reorder list for your supplier locations. You might have engineers who are close to one supplier but distant from another and vice versa.
