The builder Content block comprises a set of options that allows you to create and customize the product or services that you are sold together. This features offers flexibility and efficiency in designing pricing structures based on product variations. It includes elements such as title, text area, formatting options, Add-ons, and more.
It is not possible to have the template builder open in more than one tab at a time.
Page setup
Use page properties to configure the margins and background settings.
Page properties:
Margin - Set the margin values for top, bottom, left and right screens
Select background
Background colour - Set the colour.
Background image - Upload the JPG or PNG image.
Layout - Select how the image should appear: Don't repeat, Repeat vertically, or Repeat vertically and horizontally.
Header and footer - Set the header and footer image.
Apply to all pages - select the checkbox if this changes should be reflected in all the pages.
Copy page
Copy the page along with its content block. Pricing sections, Add-ons and option template cannot be copied.
Clear page
Remove all the content blocks configured in the page.
Delete page
Delete the complete page.
Content blocks
Use the content blocks to build the template content.
Title
Title has extra formatting options once highlighted.
Click on the three dots that appear when mouse over the title.
Alignment - Title content to be aligned in Left, center, right and justified.
Position - Title position to be in Top, Bottom or Center.
Advanced styling:
Size - Width and height of the title area.
Background - Background colour and Background image.
Border - Border thickness, Border style, Border colour and Border radius.
Padding/margin - Padding and margin.
Duplicate - Replicate the same title content.
Delete - Delete the title.
Text area
Text area has extra formatting options once highlighted.
Click on the three dots that appear when mouse over the text area.
Alignment - Text content to be aligned in Left, center, right and justified.
Advanced styling
Size - Width and height of the text area.
Background - Background colour and Background image.
Border - Border thickness, Border style, Border colour and Border radius.
Padding/margin - Padding and margin.
Duplicate - Replicate the same text content.
Delete - Delete the text area.
Image
Upload/choose an image from your computer.
Click on the three dots that appear when mouse over the image.
Alignment - Image to be aligned in Left, center, right and justified.
Adjust margins - Use 'lift-off' icons near the margins and change accordingly.
Fit to page(width) - Adjusts the image to fit within the page dimensions.
Duplicate - Replicate the same image.
Delete - Delete the image.
Video
Enter the Youtube, Wistia or loom url of the video.
Click on the three dots that appear when mouse over the video.
Alignment - Video to be aligned in Left, center, right and justified.
Adjust margins - Use 'lift-off' icons near the margins and change accordingly.
Duplicate - Replicate the same video.
Delete - Delete the video.
Pricing section (Option template builder only)
The pricing section in a proposal template outlines the costs of the offered products or services, helping clients understand the financial aspects of the proposal.
Please note:
You can have more than one pricing in a proposal.

1. Add new pricing
From ‘Content blocks’, drag and drop ‘Pricing section’.
Click respective labels on the right side and input the desired amounts.
2. Edit Payment schedule
Click ‘Edit’ in Payment schedule to enter the deposit invoice details > Save.
3. Display Pricing
'Add line items from the side panel' > Select all or required pricing > Save.
4. Configure Pricing view
Pricing view is important to ensure that you can effectively managed and display pricing information in a way that is most suitable for your sales process.
Click three dots next to the pricing section > Configure.
A side panel will display.
VAT type (Changes impact all views, even with multiple pricing sections)
Exclude VAT - Exclude the VAT amount from the pricing view.
Include VAT - Include the VAT amount in the pricing view.
Price breakdown table (How do you want your pricing to be displayed)
With table breakdown - Include all the costs mentioned in pricing.
Without table breakdown - Only the total amount will be shown.
Show column (List of columns in the pricing table)

Unit price
VAT
Total
Displaying total (How do you want your total to be displayed)
Show total view - Show the total either horizontally or vertically.
Show subtotal and VAT - Yes or no to display the subtotal and VAT(dependent on chosen VAT type).
Save the changes and the pricing table will be displayed based on the given options.
5. Grant styling
Advanced styling - Grants
Font family - This refers to the typeface or font style used for the grant text.
Font weight - This determines how bold or thin the text appears.
Font size - This sets the size of the text.
Text color - This specifies the color of the grant text.
Line height - This defines the vertical space between lines of text.
6. Merge pricing
The merge pricing feature combines two or more pricing into a single line item on the proposal, simplifying the view and reducing the line items.
In the pricing section, click ‘Add line items from side panel’.
Display all labour, parts and expenses
Choose any/all charges from Labour, Parts and Expenses > Merge and save.
Supply and fit
Labour and Parts sections pricing will automatically merge and ‘Save’.
Table
Click the table cell for table formatting.
- Table header will available by default. Click again to remove it.
- Remove table.
- To insert new row or delete row.
- To insert new column and delete column.
- Table style for dashed borders and highlight alternate rows.
- To merge or split cell vertically or horizontally.
- Table background colour.
- Vertically align the text top, middle or bottom.
- Horizontally align the text left, center, right or justified.
- Cell style to highlight the cell.
Click on the three dots that appear when mouse over the image.
Advanced styling
Border- Change the width, colour, radius and background colour of the table.
Padding/margin- Padding and margins for the table.
Table border- Set the table border width, colour, vertical border and vertical border colour.
Title text- Formatting like font style, font weight, size, colour and alignment of the title row.
Title style- Header height and background colour of the title row.
Title border- Border width and colour of the title row.
Row text- Formatting like font style, font weight, size, colour and alignment of the row.
Row style- Row height, background colour and alternate background colour of the row.
Row border- Horizontal border and border colour.
Adjust margins - Use 'lift-off' icons near the margins and change accordingly.
Delete - Delete the table.
Page breaks
Drag and drop the page break where a new page should begin.
