Finance submissions are part of the customer checkout process when a financing option has been offered within a proposal. Once a customer submits a finance request, it appears in the Finance Request report where internal users can monitor and act on submissions. These submissions are linked directly to Opportunities and Proposals, meaning decisions made through the Actions menu will directly affect the customer's available payment options. Accepted submissions move forward with the loan provider, while rejections return control to the customer, allowing them to proceed with full payment instead. Notifications ensure Sales and Admin teams stay aligned and can follow up as needed.
View Finance Requests
➡️ Go to the Reporting tab > open the ☰ (burger) menu > select Finance > then click Finance Requests
All finance submissions will be listed here. This only happens after the customer has completed the finance application via the proposal link. If no finance option was selected or submitted, nothing will show in this report.
