Create a recall job

Please note: This feature is only available as part of our Paperless office, Go Paperless plans and above.

You can create a recall job. A recall job is linked to the original job and contains a 'who is to blame' field. This is where you can select a member of staff to link this recall to. This is used for when you need to revisit a property after works have been done for example.

How to create a recall job

  1. Navigate to job overview page > Quick links > Create recall

2. You will see a page where you can add the details of the recall job. Fill in the information as required and click 'Save'
