Quickly manage incomplete parts on completed or closed jobs by allowing bulk cancellation or installation based on their status

This report enables you to easily identify and manage incomplete parts associated with jobs that have already been marked as complete or closed. These parts may still appear under various statuses, such as Requested, On Order, or Available, and might not have been included in an estimate or invoice. Rather than reviewing each job individually, this report streamlines the process by allowing you to mass cancel or bulk install parts, saving time and maintaining accurate records.

Incomplete parts on completed/closed jobs report

This report displays all incomplete parts linked to completed or closed jobs. Parts may appear under different statuses: Requested, On order, or Available.

You can manage these parts in bulk using the "Mass cancel parts" or "Mass install parts" buttons. Simply tick individual parts or select all parts under a job, then choose the relevant action to either cancel or mark them as installed, depending on their current status.

Only parts marked as Available can be mass installed.

Once you've clicked the option for the action you'd like to carry out, you will be asked to confirm your decision by typing 'update' or 'confirm' into the window that appears. After this, your parts will be cancelled or installed as per your instructions.
