How do I add a retention invoice?

You can add a retention invoice if you want to take payment after the job is completed. For example 3 months later.

Add an invoice as normal: Add an invoice.

Then when you get to the invoice date box, select a date in the future based on your retention time frame and credit days. This invoice will then not be due until that date + the credit days.
