Our Pipedrive integration allows you to share valuable company data across both platforms. Depending on your business’s needs, you can sync data two-ways or just one.
Please note:
Custom Fields will only be imported on the initial setup, new fields or edits in Pipedrive will not update in Commusoft.
A Person associated with an existing Organization via the Add Person form will import as a Contact to the Company in Commusoft.
Only a Person/Organization with the label Customer will import from Pipedrive.
The Title field is not supported, Contacts imported from Pipedrive will use the title at the top of your list in Commusoft: Titles
Only one Phone number is supported.
Setting up Pipedrive Custom data fields
Pipedrive > Settings > Data fields > Person/Organization > Add custom field
We recommend setting the following Custom data fields up in Pipedrive as a minimum for Person and Organization. If these fields are not created and mapped the data may not import in to the correct field in Commusoft.

Address Line 2
Town
County
Postcode
Please note:
Custom Fields will only be imported on the initial setup, so it is best to add them even if you don't plan to use them straight away.
Separate Address fields are required on the Add Person/Organization form in Pipedrive for the mapping, otherwise, Address in Pipedrive will import into Address Line 1 only in Commusoft.
Connect to Pipedrive
Please ensure you have set your Custom fields up in Pipedrive before integrating so that you can set the mapping up correctly in Commusoft.
Profile icon > Integrations > CRM > Add Integration > Connect to Pipedrive > Connect to Pipedrive > Connect account
Connection settings
Select the connection setting Sync data from Pipedrive to Commusoft Only, Sync data from Commusoft to Pipedrive only or Sync Two way > Continue
Select what data you want to sync Write Access, Update Access, and Delete Access > Continue
Mapping Pipedrive fields
Please note:
Required Fields must be mapped.

Map customer fields
Select all required values marked as * in the dropdown under the Commusoft field and the preferred option in the Pipedrive field
Please note:
Add Person in Pipedrive imports as a Private Customer in Commusoft.
For the Name and Surname to correctly populate in Commusoft you need to add the mapping per the lines 1-4 in the exact order.
For the Address to correctly populate in Commusoft you need to map the custom fields you added previously. Lines 5- 10 show an example.
Map company fields
Please select all required values marked as * in the dropdown under the Commusoft field and the preferred option in the Pipedrive field
Please note:
Add Organization in Pipedrive imports as a Company in Commusoft.
Address Line 1 in Commusoft must be mapped to Address in Pipedrive.
Add Organization form Address field needs be manually completed as Address Line 1 in Commusoft and not selected from the drop down if you want it to map into the Custom Fields.
For the Address to correctly populate in Commusoft you need to map the custom fields you added previously. Lines 2- 6 show an example.
Map contact fields
Please select all required values marked as * in the dropdown under the Commusoft field and the preferred option in the Pipedrive field
Please note:
For the Name and Surname to correctly populate in Commusoft you need to add the mapping per the lines 1-4 in the exact order.
Add other fields as you require them.
Add Person and link an existing Organization in Pipedrive imports as a Contact to the Company in Commusoft.
Add new Organization from the Add Person form is not supported, the Organization must be added first via the Add Organization form.
Managing the integration
Please note:
When the integration is connected if you delete or edit a Contact in Pipedrive; that was added after you integrated, the changes will reflect in Commusoft if you have Update Access enabled.
Only Contacts sent via the integration will be validated.

Deleting the integration
Please note:
Deleting the integration will lose the validation for any Contacts sent to or from Pipedrive.
