The diary can be filtered by user groups. A user group is a group in which users can be organised. For example, you could have a service group where all of the engineers within this group carry out service jobs.
If you can't see this filter or you need any more user groups you can do this within system settings, or click here to find out how.
In order to utilise these filters, open your diary from the navigation bar.
On the right of the screen, you will be presented with a number of options, one of which will be 'Filters'. From this section, click into 'User groups'.
This will open a list of the user groups you have (set in system settings). You can tick/untick these items and the diary will update according to the users within those groups that you've selected.
