A service plan is a comprehensive document detailing tasks, materials, costs, warranties, and other conditions related to a specific service. It acts as a roadmap, ensuring all aspects of the service are outlined and agreed upon.


Viewing Service Plans

Active service plans are displayed in the left side panel of the customer dashboard if the section is enabled.

➡️ Navigate to Customer dashboard > Quick links > Service plan


Adding a Service Plan

  1. Add new service plan > Choose from the dropdown.

  2. Set Expiry Date: Define the end date of the service plan.

  3. Tick Properties: Select relevant properties associated with the customer.

  4. Save: Finalize the service plan.

Linked addresses appear under "Properties" associated with the customer.


Editing a Service Plan

  1. Actions > Edit

  2. Adjust the expiry date if necessary.

  3. Tick/untick properties as needed.

  4. Save: Confirm changes.


Deleting a Service Plan

  1. Actions > Delete

  2. Type ‘Delete’ in the confirmation prompt.

  3. Delete: Remove the service plan.
