PPM performance report

The PPM Performance Report allows you to track the completion rate of planned jobs over different months. This report provides insights into the efficiency of planned maintenance schedules and helps ensure that jobs are completed as expected.


View reports

➡️ Reporting tab > > Customers > PPM performance > All the PPM jobs planned for the respective months will be displayed along with its statuses and in percentage.


Report Structure

The report consists of the following columns:

Month

Displays the month for which the jobs were planned.

Number of Jobs Planned

Shows the total number of jobs that were scheduled for the month.

Number of Jobs Completed in the Previous, Actual, or Following Month

Indicates how many of the planned jobs were completed across different periods.

Percentage of Jobs Completed in Previous, Actual, or Following Month

Displays the completion rate of planned jobs as a percentage.

Number of Jobs Completed in the Same Month

Displays the number of jobs completed within the same month they were planned.

Percentage of Jobs Completed in the Same Month

Shows the percentage of jobs completed in the same month.

Number of Jobs Completed in the Previous Month

Displays jobs that were planned for a given month but completed in the previous month.

Percentage of Jobs Completed in the Previous Month

Shows the percentage of jobs completed in the previous month.

Number of Jobs Completed in the Following Month

Displays jobs that were planned for a given month but completed in the following month.

Percentage of Jobs Completed in the Following Month

Shows the percentage of jobs completed in the following month.

Total Number of Jobs Completed to Date

Displays the cumulative count of all completed jobs.

Number of Jobs in Progress

Shows jobs that are still ongoing and not yet completed.

Number of Jobs That Require Attention

Identifies jobs that need further review or action.

Number of Jobs Without Diary Events

Lists jobs that have no recorded diary entries.

Number of Jobs Aborted

Displays the count of jobs that were abandoned before completion.


Available Filters

You can refine the report using the following filters:

  • Customer Type - Filter jobs based on the type of customer.

  • Customer - Select a specific customer to view their PPM performance.

  • Contract Category - Filter jobs based on different contract categories.

  • Contract Template - Select a specific contract template.

  • PPM Template - Filter jobs using predefined PPM templates.

  • PPM Due Date - View jobs based on their planned due date.

Applying Filters

  1. Click on the filter icon at the top of the report.

  2. Select the desired filter from the dropdown list.

  3. Click the Apply Filters button to refresh the results.

This report is a valuable tool for tracking PPM job completion and ensuring that maintenance schedules are followed efficiently.


How to Use the Report

  1. Click on the filter icon at the top of the report.

  2. Select the relevant filter(s) from the dropdown list.

  3. Click Apply Filters to refresh the report and display filtered results.


Actions

  • The report allows you to reorder, add, or remove columns using the edit option.

  • You can download the report in Excel format or print it directly from the interface.

  • Saved reports can be accessed quickly by using the Quick Links feature.

You can perfom these actions on the page indicated by the icon below:

Filter based on the chosen criteria.

Print the report.

Download the report in excel.

Select the columns you wish to display. You can rearrange the order by dragging and dropping them to the desired position.
